This Spring we celebrated the season with a full choral concert and gathering with friends and family at Broad View United in Victoria BC.
There was a lot to celebrate, including a full season with a brand-new choral director, Annika Sauser.
A highlight of the performance includes a beautiful song titled “Bring Me Peace” composed and arranged by our very own chorister Margot Johnston.
In troubling times, I find it helps to seek a bigger picture – the forest, the ocean, loving presence, the vastness of the universe. These things bring me comfort, reminding me that my troubles are small, these chaotic times are short. We are small specks but all connected. This song is my offering of connection.
